The Lucas Project strives to partner with other organizations that aim to serve special needs families. These families often are going through some of the most difficult struggles one could imagine alone and hoping for a community to connect with. These are some of the organizations we have partnered with to better serve these families.

We Are Brave Together is an organization that has a mission to serve caregiving moms in a way that brings community and connection to their lives. Their work includes providing respite for special needs families, and building community through online connection groups as well as in person retreats and gatherings.

Their¬† “Brave Together Podcast” seeks to share interviews, celebrate stories, explore challenges, and rally hope and practical wisdom for the motherhood journey. You can listen to their latest episode here.
