As an inclusive camp, we serve children ages 7-17, from all socioeconomic backgrounds, races and religions, with programs that challenge, educate, and inspire. We bring together typically developing children, children with neurodevelopmental differences, children from underserved areas, and children from military and veteran families. We believe that by including as many children as possible, we create a stronger community that can learn and grow together.

Canine Companions is leading the service dog industry so our clients and their dogs can live with greater independence. We provide service dogs to adults, children and veterans with disabilities and facility dogs to professionals working in healthcare, criminal justice and educational settings.

Care.com is a nationwide resource where you can enter your zip code to find independent respite care providers in your area. In some cases, you are able to interview them before to make sure they are a good fit to provide respite care in your home.

Caregiven

Born out of frustration and a lack of readily available resources, the Caregiven app was developed by former caregivers to provide quick and easy access to the knowledge, tools and guidance needed to navigate the important journey of caring for an aging or ailing adult.

Caring Pathways of Carrollton

Caring Pathways of Carrollton is a 501(c)(3) organization. We offer a daily (Monday – Friday) integrated program for underserved adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities living in the Carrollton, Texas, area. Our clients are not able to participate in most currently available programs due to geographical limitations, lack of available facilities, and/or were not accepted into programs due to independent functioning levels. Located in Carollton, TX.

CCARC is a private, nonprofit (501c3) organization offering an array of services to support adults with intellectual disabilities and their families.

Champion Autism Network

Creating an environment where the families impacted by autism feel supported and without judgment is the primary CAN mission. In January 2016, the town of Surfside Beach issued a resolution declaring it the first autism-friendly travel destination, with the City of Myrtle Beach and Horry County following suit at the end of 2018. CAN’s goal is to create and ensure inclusive communities where all people CAN happily live, work and play, by building a world-wide network of autism champions including businesses, local nonprofits and individuals with autism.

Charles River Center

Day Habilitation at Charles River Center provides a structured, goal-oriented program for adults with complex communication, medical and therapeutic needs. Our day habilitation programs are housed in our spacious, updated main building in Needham, MA. Our Center is fully accessible with wide corridors leading to spacious, bright group rooms, a fully accessible kitchen and large activity rooms.

Closing The Gap Conference

The Closing The Gap Conference is an annual assistive technology conference that presents an opportunity to deepen your assistive technology (AT) knowledge and strengthen your implementation strategies. The conference week is designed to dig deeper into critical areas that have the power, when implemented strategically, to transform your classroom, your school, your district, your practice. When you start thinking differently about how to reach ALL students, how to infuse technology into learning, how to leverage AT strategies in all areas – then we begin to transform these areas and ultimately increase achievement and independence.
