My oldest has special needs, he has autism and a cognitive impairment. He also has very challenging behavior which includes aggression, severe anger outbursts and property damage. This behavior makes it very difficult to find someone to watch him, so my dad helps us a lot. I am a nurse practitioner and have been working throughout the pandemic and have relied heavily on my family for support which I am very thankful for.
